"All views are listened to and final decisions are shared with all."

Salesian Spirituality

Reason, religion and loving-kindness: these are the pillars of the Preventive system of education lived out by Don Bosco and given as an inheritance to all educators that walk in his footsteps.

Decisions taken by the Senior Leadership Team are discussed and explained to students, parents, and educators. Similarly, decisions taken by teachers are explained to students. When there is disagreement on some matter, all views are listened to and final decisions are shared with all parties involved. This is what Don Bosco referred to as the use of Reason.

The sacraments are an essential pillar of the school life. Form Masses are just one aspect of the religious framework on which all the college activities take place. Rather than leading youngsters towards an abstract ethical lifestyle we accompany them to discover and cherish a real relationship with Jesus. This is what Don Bosco referred to as Religion.

Thus, the ethos of the school can be summarised as one where family spirit, cheerfulness and respect can be experienced in the day-to-day running of the school.

"To know that you are young is sufficient reason for me to care very much for your welfare."
