From January 19th to 22nd, 2026, Platform’s Ana Mladina Puljak visited Savio College in Malta as an Erasmus+ Invited Expert. Despite a severe winter storm outside, the atmosphere inside remained warm and energetic as nearly 50 teachers
participated in an engaging professional development program.
The training focused on integrating artificial intelligence into education—exploring practical tools for lesson planning and assessment—while emphasizing that AI
supports rather than replaces educators. Additionally, the sessions incorporated drama-based activities to foster essential “4C” soft skills: communication, creativity,
collaboration, and critical thinking. The visit successfully blended technological innovation with active, human-centred learning.
