From the 23rd August till the 28th August 2026, Savio College educators Ms. Mary Jane Azzopardi Mifsud, Ms. Paula Sciberras and Ms. Chantelle Vella joined teachers from across Europe (including Spain, Romania, and Germany) in beautiful Split, Croatia, for an immersive Erasmus+ course organized by Platform21.
Set against the sunny backdrop of Dalmatia, the training focused on innovative teaching methods, new learning approaches, and essential tools tailored for the
21st-century classroom.
Beyond the intensive academic workshops and digital strategy sessions, the program emphasized educator well-being. The participants balanced professional development with cultural discovery, exploring Split’s Old Town, embracing the local “pomalo” lifestyle, and building strong collaborative friendships along the Adriatic coast.
